We invite you to submit offers for 220 hours of consultations with a psychiatrist for beneficiaries of the Housing First project – innovative methods of permanently solving chronic homelessness among people with mental health problems.
The aim of the consultations is to improve the well-being of clients and support them in the process of overcoming the homelessness crisis.
Introduction: The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests the submission of an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
220 hours of consultations for clients of the Housing First project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness among people with mental health problems . The aim of the consultations is to improve the well-being of clients and support them in the process of overcoming the homelessness crisis.
Source of financing:
The activities will be carried out as part of the Housing First project – innovative methods of permanently solving chronic homelessness, implemented under the European Social Fund, Knowledge Education Development programme no. POWR.04.03.00-00-0066/18, co-financed by the European Social Fund, Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020.
