Invitation to submit offers for accommodation and catering services during training workshops on August 2-4 and August 23-25, 2019 (around the Babia Góra National Park).
The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: Provision of a service consisting in providing accommodation, meals and a place for group meetings for a total of 34 participants of three-day training workshops, including 17 participants of training workshops organized on August 2-4, 2019 and 17 participants of training workshops organized on August 23-25, 2019, in accordance with the following assumptions:
1) Accommodation: The Contractor is obliged to provide accommodation with breakfast for a total of 34 participants of training workshops, including: 17 participants of training workshops on August 2-4, 2019 (two nights) and 17 participants of training workshops on August 23-25, 2019 (two nights) in accordance with the requirements described in the Request for Quotation form.
2) Meals: The Contractor is obliged to provide meals for a total of 34 participants, including: 17 participants of training workshops on August 2-4 and 17 participants of training workshops on August 23-25, 2019 (for each participant: 2 lunches, 2 dinners and coffee breaks for 3 days of the training workshops) in accordance with the requirements described in the Request for Quotation form.
3) The Contractor shall provide meeting places for evening and daytime meetings for 17 participants of training workshops, on each of the dates mentioned above, outdoors on the premises of the facility, and shall provide a training room on the premises with access to natural light on the floor of the building equal to the ground floor or first floor (the following places are not permitted to be used as training rooms: basements, cellars, attics, attics without windows, attics and rooms in which the location of windows does not meet the standard of 90-110 cm from the floor level, height of at least 130 cm).
4) Training workshops are planned from Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM.
