The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:

Subject of the contract: Comprehensive cooperation as a coach (during the entire project) in testing a new model of teacher training in forest pedagogy, including the following activities:
1) Individual coaching for project participants, including the use of appropriate support methods and tools that will serve as a motivator throughout the entire training cycle. The coach will support project participants in integrating the knowledge they are gaining.
and skills with their professional activity and previous experience. The goal of coaching sessions is to increase self-awareness and self-esteem, identify strengths and weaknesses, and help them effectively utilize their participation in the project. The coach will work on areas of life activity that are important from the individual's perspective, treating them as integral elements of the planning and decision-making process related to work and education. The location and date of the coaching sessions will be agreed upon with the Client and the coachee. A report will be prepared from the coaching sessions, consistent with the outline established by the project team of experts.
2) participation in at least two stationary meetings of the expert-training team in Warsaw (the exact date of the meetings will be determined in working order at least one week in advance; the Ordering Party does not cover the costs of accommodation and travel to the meetings);
3) participation in a direct meeting with training participants at the training workshop venue (separate meeting for each group) (the exact date of the meeting will be provided at least 2 weeks in advance);
4) active participation in online meetings of the project team (meeting dates will be determined
at least one week in advance);
5) ongoing consultations with the team of coaches and the Transnational Forum of Experts (PFE), consisting of key experts from the project partners and other experts involved in the implementation of the project as needed.
Estimated completion date: October 2019 – September 2020.
