The subject of the contract is the development of a script, preparation, production, and editing of promotional films for inclusion on websites, broadcast during meetings/conferences/presentations, direct distribution on DVD/USB, and media promotion to summarize the implementation of the project: "Innovative system supporting the development of the social economy in the Ciechanów subregion – IWES 3." Up to 5 films in total.
The Contractor's tasks will include:
a) Preparation of a film script (including a dialogue list) based on social economic considerations. The script must be approved by the client before filming begins. The price of the service includes not only the development of a script but also a schedule agreed upon with the client.
b) preparation, production and editing of a maximum of 5 films, each no shorter than 3 minutes and no longer than 5 minutes
c) Filming should be done both indoors and outdoors. Studio and drone footage should also be considered.
The film will be shot at locations of social enterprises in the Ciechanów subregion (the location of the business and the description of the social enterprises will be provided to the Contractor).
d) development of graphics, including animation graphics, as well as common opening credits for all films and end credits consistent with the FFW and mOWES logos, containing the mandatory logos of European funds.
e) providing background music and sound for film materials along with copyright for its use in the film as well as for reproduction and copying (possibility to choose from at least 3 proposals), preferably under an open Creative Commons license.
f) providing a narrator who will act as a commentator on the content of the film material.
The film should offer a modern message supported by dynamic editing and appropriate background music. The information conveyed should be supported by modern computer infographics, designed to demonstrate the impact of the project's support on the project participants and PS employees, presenting PS as an efficient enterprise that thrives in the market.
The Contractor will complete all of the above tasks in consultation with the Client, taking into account the project visualization and disclosure requirements for projects co-financed by the European Union. The preliminary offline assembly will be presented for approval. The material will be forwarded for further processing after considering all comments and corrections submitted by the Client.
The Contractor will obtain consent to process the image of the individuals involved in filming. The Contractor transfers all property rights to the completed films. The films will be intended for online distribution. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the produced films on an electronic data carrier to the Client's office or via electronic means.
The price of the service includes the transfer of copyright and related rights to the Promotional Material for all fields of exploitation.
Technical requirements:
a) filming with a professional film camera or a Full HD digital camera (SLR) with interchangeable lenses, using image stabilizers (slider, steadycam) and a drone.
b) lighting of the film set and sound (recording of interviews using
microports or appropriate microphones)
c) DVD and mpeg4 file formats (Full HD format – min. 1980 x 1080p).
The order should be completed within the time proposed by the Contractor, no later than April 30, 2022.
Requirements for the contractor:
The Contractor must have the hardware and software necessary for the proper performance of the service (Contractor's declaration).
