The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: Provision of catering services during two expert meetings for 8 people each for 8 hours on a given day at the headquarters of the Cooperation Fund Foundation in Warsaw at ul. Górnośląska 4a, in accordance with the schedule provided by the Ordering Party.
Two expert meetings are planned for the period from June 4th to July 31st, 2019, on two separate days. The final dates will be communicated to the Contractor no later than four days prior to the meetings. The catering service will include:
1) coffee service for 8 people during the first expert meeting and 8 people during the second expert meeting, on a continuous basis at agreed hours, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Request for Quotation,
2) a two-course vegetarian lunch for 8 people during the first expert meeting and 8 people during the second expert meeting, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Request for Proposals.
