Recruitment of trainers for an educational project on EU funds for local government units

Note: Each educational meeting is assumed to have 8 teaching hours per trainer (6 clock hours), meaning that each trainer will conduct each meeting for that number of hours. The number of meetings per trainer will be determined during the trainers' workshop meeting. For calculation purposes, please assume that this will involve conducting at least 4 one-day meetings and 4 one-day workshops.

Description of the subject of the order:

The order is addressed to trainers with expert knowledge of the European Funds 2014-2020, in particular knowledge of programs and activities dedicated to local government units in the new EU perspective.

The order concerns the implementation of educational activities (conducting information meetings, specialist workshops, webinars and participation in working meetings to develop a unified program, etc.).

• Providing training services of approximately 8 teaching hours (6 clock hours),
• Conducting workshops of approximately 8 teaching hours (6 clock hours). Initially, a minimum of 4 training sessions and 4 workshop days are planned (8 hours per trainer).
• Participation in one-day workshop meetings for trainers – joint development of concepts and input for the information brochure.
• Providing consultancy services related to the subject of the training (electronic availability for approximately 3 days after each training)

Place and date of order fulfillment:
The activities will be carried out from July 2016 to October 2017 in all voivodeships in Poland. Trainer meetings will be held at the Contracting Authority's office. The exact location and time of service delivery will be specified by the Contracting Authority in an agreement with the selected contractor, following project approval, obtaining funding approval, and signing an agreement with the managing authority.

Documents required from the Contractor:

  • Completed and signed offer form with required attachments.
  • Completed and signed Appendix No. 3 containing the Tenderer's declaration of readiness to provide services.
