The offer should be submitted by 17 June 2016, 3:00 PM, using the attached form "Offer for the provision of banking services for the Cooperation Fund Foundation." The offer should be submitted in writing, on paper, in Polish, and signed by persons authorized to represent the contractor.
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers in electronic form.
