The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a candidate for the position of: PROJECT SPECIALIST

Place of work: Lodz,
Form of employment: fixed-term contract or contract of mandate

Scope of responsibilities of the project specialist:

1. Running the project office: supervising the documentation coming into the office, handling ongoing correspondence, contacting project participants, contacting WUP employees.
2. Assistance in the process and coordination of candidate recruitment for the project: accepting project applications and issuing acceptance confirmations, monitoring the schedule of candidates’ meetings with advisors and the Recruitment Committee, providing information to candidates.
3. Collaboration with advisors and trainers: setting training schedules and consulting schedules
4. Organization of training and consulting, including room preparation, attendance lists, and attendance monitoring.
5. Supervision of the implementation of the consulting and training plan by trainers and advisors.
6. Sending information on completed hours of consulting, training, and information about participants to FFW for reporting purposes.
7. Settlement of disbursed subsidies and bridging support provided to project participants.
8. Participation in activities promoting recruitment and the project in the Łódź Voivodeship, e.g. creating an address database of institutions/organizations to which information will be directed.
9. Support for project evaluation – printing and distributing surveys to advisors, trainers, participants, collecting completed surveys.
10. Participation in working meetings of the project team.

We expect candidates to:
• experience in implementing ESF projects
• higher education
• ability to coordinate organizational and promotional projects
• interpersonal and communication skills
• good computer skills
• independence and initiative
• availability

Knowledge of education, the labor market and project management will be appreciated.
