The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a labor market expert to help implement the Partnership for Supporting Youth project, the aim of which is to increase the scope and relevance of the offer of the Labor Market Institutions (IRP) addressed to young people in the Masovian Voivodeship.

Scope of tasks:
- development of recommendations based on applicable documents and strategies
and programs regarding the situation of young people on the labor market in Poland, - conducting a diagnosis of the assistance provided to young people so far
in the area of the labor market in Poland, - participation in project meetings during which recommendations will be consulted with external experts and representatives of: labor market institutions, entities operating in the education system, employers, social assistance and integration institutions, and those dealing with youth,
- making necessary corrections resulting from participation in consultation meetings.
We expect candidates to:
- having knowledge of the labor market in Poland,
- knowledge of the specific nature of the labor market in the Masovian region,
- having experience in conducting social analyses and diagnoses,
- very good skills in: data analysis, drawing logical conclusions, formulating assumptions and hypotheses and their verification,
- the ability to present data and make recommendations,
- very good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure,
- communication skills.
Exclusion: we invite people who are not currently employed in labor market institutions to apply, in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment
and labor market institutions . The exclusion results from the project requirements.
