The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a Business Analyst (IT)

Form of cooperation: civil law contract or business activity

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst (IT),
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and decomposing business requirements,
• Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation,
• Experience in writing test scenarios,
• Knowledge of UML/BPML notation,
• Experience in GUI (UX) design,
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written),
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills,

Welcome:
• Experience in working according to the Agile methodology.

Scope of tasks:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing the assumptions and specifications of the Social Innovation Skyrocket Platform , in particular:

a) Conducting workshops with the project team to gather business requirements and verify the delivered solution (approximately 4 meetings a month at the FFW headquarters in Warsaw, each lasting approximately 2 hours);

b) Participation in teleconferences with other stakeholders of the "Social(i)Makers" project, which is developing the Platform. Stakeholders represent organizations from 7 EU countries. Teleconferences are held in English, depending on needs – approximately two teleconferences per month, each lasting approximately two hours. The person hired will be responsible for, among other things, presenting the Platform's functionalities and answering questions (including those submitted electronically) from partners.

c) Developing the final concept of the Platform's operation (including UX) based on the initial version presented by the FFW Team, taking into account the project stakeholders' proposals – in two language versions: Polish and English. The documentation must include a description of the processes, the scope of data used, test scenarios, a diagram of data connections, a description of how to implement individual requirements, and UX solutions.

d) Selection of technology and development of functional specifications,

e) Substantive support in the process of selecting the platform contractor, including:

• Formulating the RFP – criteria for the implementation of the Platform, defining the required items in the supplier's portfolio,
• providing answers to questions asked by potential contractors (e-mail and telephone communication),
• participation in the process of evaluating submitted offers and selecting the Contractor;

Period of cooperation:
December 2018 – January 2019
