The person employed in this position will be a member of the team implementing the project "Equal opportunities in business – a practical tool for implementing the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises" under Priority Axis II Effective public policies for the labor market, economy and education PO WER – Measure 2.1 Equal opportunities for men and women in all areas, including access to employment, career development, reconciliation of professional and private life.
The project, aimed at medium-sized enterprises, is a continuation of a project implemented by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, aimed at large companies. It is being implemented in partnership by the Cooperation Fund, the Lewiatan Confederation, the Good Practice Factory, and the Institute of Public Affairs. Both projects developed specific tools and materials to enable the implementation of solutions in large and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring equal treatment of women and men in the workplace and creating a friendly work environment for male and female employees. We expect candidates to:
• higher education,
• experience in working in the field of advertising and promotion,
• knowledge of the business environment in the context of social activities and responsible business
• great organizational skills,
• developed interpersonal and communication skills,
• independence and initiative,
The scope of an animator’s responsibilities includes in particular:
• preparation and implementation of the second edition of the competition for medium-sized enterprises regarding an employee-friendly place
• organizing seminars for medium-sized enterprises on the possibilities of implementing solutions in the field of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises
• conducting activities promoting the tool and the project.
