Scope of duties for the position of junior specialist/specialist for financial and accounting services
Participation in the financial and accounting services for twinning agreements and a project financed under the Eastern Partnership, including:
• preparing financial and accounting documents and checking their correctness, which constitute the basis for making payments and entries in accounting books, as well as preparing supporting documentation,
• participation in the implementation of financial control of projects,
• control and analysis of entries in accounting accounts in terms of revenues, expenses and costs,
• ensuring the completeness of financial and accounting documentation,
• cooperation in the preparation of financial reports on project implementation,
• ongoing cooperation with the Financial and Administrative Office of the Foundation.

• We expect the candidate to:
• Completed higher education,
• Systematicity, reliability, responsibility and commitment to the implementation of assigned tasks.
• High personal culture,
• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Windows and MS Office,
Professional experience in settling contracts in a similar position will be an additional advantage.
