Description of the subject of the order:
1) Providing specialist individual and/or group counselling (hereinafter referred to as: counselling or service/services) for participants of the Project "Masovian Social Economy Support Centre in the Ciechanów subregion" in the period until 31 December 2021 in the legal scope, including:
a) conducting business activity within the PS,
b) legal aspects of operating in the ES sphere,
c) direct and indirect taxes in PES activities, employer's obligations towards the employee,
d) performing administrative and judicial activities related to the creation and operation of social enterprises (including assistance in preparing articles of association, assistance in registering entities with the National Court Register and introducing changes to the register),
e) providing legal opinions and legal advice as well as explanations regarding the application of legal provisions,
f) protection of personal data,
g) consultancy in the scope of the Public Procurement Law (providing at least 10 hours of consultancy per year [2020-2022] in the scope of the Public Procurement Law).
2) Specialist advice will be provided to, among others:
a) natural persons/legal entities wishing to establish a social economy entity and/or a social enterprise as defined in the "Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and combating poverty using ESF and ERDF funds for 2014-2020", PES/PS creating new jobs,
b) existing social economy entities and social enterprises.
The total number of hours of specialist consultancy to be provided as part of the project is a maximum of 45 hours.
Place and date of order fulfillment:
Masovian Voivodeship – Ciechanów Subregion, i.e. the following counties: Ciechanów, Pułtusk, Płońsk, Żuromin, Mława.
The order will be fulfilled by December 31, 2021.
