The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the "Paths of Cooperation" project, is looking for a contractor for the following service:
Expert service consisting of:
a. conducting a substantive assessment of the previously positively assessed formal applications for grants for international cooperation indicated by the Ordering Party (the total number of applications is 800, each application will be assessed by two experts);
b. conducting a re-evaluation of the substantive aspects of grant applications for international cooperation, indicated by the Ordering Party, in the event of discrepancies in the assessment of a given application by two experts;
c. participation in the meetings of the Application Evaluation Committee organized by FFW.
