Who are we looking for:
• Education
– documented qualifications to work as a social worker
(in accordance with the Act)
• Experience
– work as a social worker in the OPS structures (at least 2 years)
– working with mentally ill people (at least 3 months)
– working with addicts (at least 3 months)
• Additionally
– experience in community work (outside the facility, e.g. home visits)
– completed an addicted person assistant course
– completed a homeless person assistant course
– knowledge of the assumptions of the Housing First method, e.g. www.czynajpierwmieszkanie.pl
– knowledge of the Housing First Fidelity Scale
– good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
