The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for an employee for the position of SPECIALIST/SPECIALIST FOR RESEARCH AND TESTING QUALITY in the "Silesian Innovation Space" project.

Place of work : Warsaw, Górnośląska Street 4a (hybrid work)
Required experience and qualifications:
- higher education in social sciences, sociology preferred
- at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of social research confirmed by reports on conducted research
- at least 3 years of professional experience in evaluating social activities and projects
- good social skills – communication, networking, patience and problem-solving
- interest in the area of social innovation and knowledge of design thinking methodology
- experience in project work and experience in cooperation with NGOs and administration
- experience in implementing and managing projects financed from EU funds is welcome.
We offer:
- A fixed-term employment contract from September 2022 to the end of May 2023, full-time,
- Salary ranges from PLN 5,500-6,500 gross,

Scope of duties:
- co-designing workshops on research and testing of social innovations
- verification of the quality of research and testing plans for incubated social innovations
- support for innovators in creating research tools and selecting research groups
- evaluation of incubated innovations (during and after incubation) and preparation of an evaluation report at the end of incubation
- individual support for innovators in the methodology of research and prototype testing
- participation in the design of test implementations for contracting entities
- administrative and organizational support for various project tasks.
