The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the development of its activities in the field of audit and control of projects financed from public funds, is looking for people with a disability certificate to work in the position of: specialist/chief specialist

Reference number: 2/BWSP/2022

Place of work: at the Foundation's headquarters – the office building is located in Warsaw Śródmieście at ul. Górnośląska 4a (Solec) and throughout the country (exit inspections at the beneficiary's headquarters)

form of employment: full-time employment contract (or part-time, depending on the candidate's preferences), task-based work (flexible working hours).

What will your job involve?

  • Conducting (independently or in cooperation with a team) activities in the field of control / audit / verification of applications of beneficiaries of projects co-financed from European funds, implemented for various Contracting Institutions, both remotely and at the beneficiary's premises.

  • Preparing control plans and monitoring the implementation of individual orders.

  • Preparing reports on inspection and monitoring visits.

  • Communication with representatives of contracting institutions, project beneficiaries and other control teams

Necessary conditions:

  • a decision on the degree of disability (mild/moderate/severe),

  • higher education,

  • experience in conducting at least 8 inspections or audits of projects co-financed/financed from public funds or European Union funds or other sources, with a gross value of each project of not less than PLN 200,000.00 (to confirm the above condition, a list of completed inspections or audits should be prepared)

  • reliability, responsibility, independence and decision-making,

  • very good organization of one's own work and commitment to the work performed

  • coping with multitasking

  • knowledge of the MS Office suite in the field of WORD and EXCEL applications and the freedom to use tools for remote work,

  • have basic knowledge of the principles of financing EU projects,

  • basic knowledge of public procurement law and the principle of competition.

Additional advantages:

  • Professional qualifications in auditing,

  • Education in economics, finance and accounting or related fields,

  • experience in using Google Workspace at work.
