In connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Ostrołęka Subregion – IWES 4", the Cooperation Fund Foundation will employ a Reintegration Specialist (civil law contract).
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a specialist in vocational and social reintegration. We will work with individuals employed in grant-aided positions at social enterprises in the Ostrołęka subregion, including the counties of Ostrołęka, Ostrołęka, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Przasnysz, Maków, and Wyszków.
Scope of tasks:
Specialized reintegration services will be provided to clients of the Social Economy Support Center (OWES). The scope of services provided will include:
- Participation in the recruitment process of candidates to participate in the project through:
- conducting an individual interview to assess the predispositions and motivation of potential participants,
- preparing a recommendation for participation in the project, including possible comments on deficits to be compensated,
- participation in the work of the Recruitment Committee.
- Participant support:
- developing an individual reintegration path for each participant and monitoring its implementation,
- conducting consultations and motivating participants (in particular to take up
and maintaining employment), - conducting meetings, classes and workshops (individual and group) developing soft skills and competencies needed on the labor market for people at risk of poverty and social exclusion,
- taking action in response to emerging difficulties, in particular those that may affect taking up and maintaining a job.
- Cooperation with institutions:
- consultations and cooperation with the management staff of PES and PS in adapting the workplace to the individual needs and capabilities of the participant,
- cooperation with the OWES project staff,
- cooperating and establishing contacts with other aid institutions in order to solve current problems that may affect the project participant’s ability to take up and maintain employment.
Requirements:
Having at least three years of professional experience in working for the reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion.
Higher education (preferred: Psychology).
At least 80 hours of conducted classes/trainings/workshops for the project’s target group (including OPS clients, unemployed people, people with disabilities) in the years 2019-2022.
The candidate must have a diploma/certificate of a career/personal counselor – optional.
What we offer:
Employment based on a civil law contract until 31/12/2023 for a maximum number of hours: 143.
