The "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Ostrołęka Subregion – IWES 4" project is being implemented as part of the mOWES (Masovian Social Economy Support Center ). Its activities are aimed at people in difficult life situations and significantly removed from the labor market, as well as at entities and stakeholders in the social economy sector in the Ostrołęka Subregion (counties: Ostrołęka, Ostrów, Przasnysz, Maków, Wyszków, and the city of Ostrołęka).
The "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Ostrołęka Subregion – IWES 4" project aims to create 15 jobs in newly established and existing social enterprises, as well as to assist at least two organizations in the subregion in launching paid public benefit activities or businesses. We prioritize innovative approaches to cross-sector partnerships and intensive local animation. We engage local governments, NGOs, labor market institutions, and local entrepreneurs in our efforts to support social economy entities. Our services supporting the development of the social economy include, in addition to financial assistance, training, consulting, expert services, study visits, grants for social economy initiatives, and support for local animators in their social economic activities.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for 2014-2020. Planned implementation period: from May 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
