The last meeting of the VARE project partners

Dodano:

The Foundation hosted the last meeting of partners of the international project “Vocational Assessor Requirements in Europe – VARE” (“Competency requirements for persons assessing the progress of vocational school students”). The project, which will end in August, is being implemented as part of the Erasmus+ program, and is led by UK NARIC from the United Kingdom. Representatives of all partner organizations attended the Foundation’s headquarters: in addition to the leader, 3s Research Laboratory from Austria, Centr RS za poklicno izobraževanje from Slovenia, and VTCT from the United Kingdom.

The meeting aimed to summarize the project’s activities to date and prepare for the submission of the final report. According to the partners, the project has generated considerable interest among the target groups, although in Poland, for example, the approach to assessing competencies as a separate issue is new.

In the final months of the project, the partners will focus on refining the project’s results – examples of good practice, a catalog of requirements from individual countries, and a tool for comparing them. They will also focus on promotional activities, including dissemination events in each partner country. All project results and other information can be found on the website: vareproject.eu.
