The next stage of work on recommendations for the IRP

On October 4-5, another meeting of the “Partnership for Supporting Young People” was held. This project, “Recommendations for Increasing the Scope and Relevance of Youth Employment in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship,” was implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation under Measure 2.4 – Modernization of Public and Private Employment Services and Their Better Adaptation to Labor Market Needs, of the Knowledge, Education, Development Operational Programme. The first day of the meeting was devoted to presenting and discussing the conclusions of the expert group’s diagnosis and analysis of the situation of young people in the labor market. On the second day, the partnership, through discussions with experts, developed preliminary assumptions for the first recommendation for labor market institutions regarding how to reach the widest possible number of young people in the labor market, including those from the NEET group, taking into account the most effective recruitment methods.
