Training for Test Version Model Experts has started!

Dodano:

We’ve already completed the first training session, which took place in Rzeszów, Lublin, Kielce, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Olsztyn. Our 60 experts are being trained in implementing new forms of cooperation in organizing the local social services market. All groups will complete the training in September, so that the trained experts can begin working on implementing and disseminating the model of cooperation between social employment institutions as part of a pilot program that will run for 14 months.

The training is attended by representatives of local government units (LGUs), social employment institutions (KIS, CIS), social economy enterprises (social cooperatives), employees of MOPS, ROPS, OWES, and NGOs. These are individuals who are most familiar with social services, the problems and needs of individuals participating in social and professional reintegration programs, and who also understand the needs of their local communities regarding the supply and demand for social services.

The training will allow the experts to enhance their skills in fostering cooperation between various entities to properly assess the demand for social services, prepare staff to provide these services, and be able to establish and run social economy enterprises, such as social cooperatives, that will provide contracted services.

Thank you very much!
