Just after the summer holidays, the Cooperation Fund Foundation, together with the partners of the #EqualityinBusiness project: the Lewiatan Confederation and the Pomeranian Employers organization, invites you to a free series of training sessions on the role of effective communication in conflict prevention. The first training session is scheduled for September 13th in Warsaw.
This special offer is for those working in medium-sized companies with 50 to 249 employees. In the corporate world, for many employees and leaders, the workday involves constant interpersonal communication – conversations with other employees, phone calls to other departments, discussions with clients and superiors, project meetings, briefings, and strategic meetings.
Each of these situations can become a potential source of conflict, as a large percentage of conflicts are initiated or maintained by unconstructive communication. At the same time, by improving our communication skills, we can build not only understanding but also commitment, initiative, and creativity in our relationships with colleagues.
During this training, participants will learn about the most important communication “flashpoints” that should be avoided. They will learn how to construct constructive messages and how to respond to difficult communication situations. Together, they will consider what company-wide factors can build an organizational communication culture that promotes conflict prevention.
