Applications may be submitted by local governments listed as affected municipalities, as defined in the Regulation of September 16, 2024, regarding specific solutions related to flood recovery, an annex to the Regulation of October 5, 2024, regarding flood-affected municipalities and principles of reconstruction in their territories.

What can grants be used for?
Funds ranging from 60% to 95% of costs can be allocated to finance social services outsourced to social economy entities (SEEs). These services must be included in the list of eligible services in accordance with the European Social Fund Plus Guidelines for 2021-2027.
Maximum grant amount: PLN 350,000 Total funding: PLN 30 million Application schedule: An additional application period is planned for January–April 2025.
