The Masovia Development Forum is one of the most important events dedicated to innovation, regional development, and European funds in Masovia. Each year, it brings together representatives from government, business, academia, and social organizations, creating a space for exchanging experiences, presenting best practices, and establishing partnerships. The program includes expert debates, exhibition zones, and presentations of projects that shape the region’s future. This year’s event is partnered by the Cooperation Fund Foundation. Join us on October 8, 2025 (Wednesday) | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Legia Warsaw Conference Center, Łazienkowska Street 3
Foundation Stand
We invite you to the Cooperation Fund Foundation stand, where you will be able to:
learn about the Foundation’s most important programs that have been supporting the development of Masovia for years,
talk to experts and obtain practical tips on social economy, education, local development, and international cooperation,
learn how you can benefit from our projects and support,
share experiences and seek new inspiration.
Until 12:00 PM, we will discuss the Foundation’s activities in Masovia – including the Masovian Social Economy Support Center, the Social Premium, Education Loans, and the Masovian Advisory Support Center. Our experts will be available to answer questions, share practical knowledge, and identify opportunities for cooperation.
The Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge (PUSB) project team will take over the booth starting at 12:00 PM. This will be an opportunity to learn more about joint Polish-Ukrainian initiatives in the areas of innovation and technology, as well as how we support the development of startups and technology entrepreneurship.

Securing Mazovia Today and Tomorrow: Drone Technologies and the Importance of Polish-Ukrainian Partnership for Critical Infrastructure Protection
The recent events of September 2025, when dozens of Russian drones violated Polish airspace, dramatically highlighted the urgent need to strengthen anti-drone defense systems. During the workshop, Farsight Vision, a company working within the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge project, will present the FSV Platform system – a modern solution for 3D terrain modeling and GPS-free orthophoto mapping.
3:20 PM–4:20 PM
Long Table: Social Services in Mazovia – Business, Punishment, or Political Fiction?
We invite you to a “long table” discussion. Each participant will be able to join the conversation at any time, if a seat becomes available. We will discuss key issues for the future of social services: whether they are aid or a development tool, a cost or an investment, how local governments perceive them – as a punishment or an opportunity – and what political and economic tensions are growing around this area. This workshop is organized as part of the “Social Premium” project.
Registration is not required for the workshop.
