We invite you to read the report summarizing the Advisory Support Center Plus (CWD Plus) project. This publication compiles the experiences and conclusions resulting from the daily work of over a hundred experts, working with thousands of local government representatives: both mayors and officials from across Poland.
The report describes the products implemented within the project, the implementation process itself, including the methods and practices used, and the results achieved through over three years of collaboration with some of the partnerships (including experiences from the CWD pilot period).
The first part describes how hundreds of meetings, discussions, prepared documents, signed contracts and agreements support, and sometimes shape, local government partnerships and their development policies. The second part emphasizes the systemic conclusions. The publication describes challenges facing selected elements of the development planning system at the local and regional levels, with a perspective on national development.
