On March 21, the first regional meeting this year (the so-called Regional Meetup) took place in Vinnytsia, organized as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge – a project implemented by the Foundation. The event was organized by FFW and Simpact VC, and supported by the Polish National Center for Research and Development, the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), RE:ACTOR, and the Polish Institute in Kyiv.
The Winnica event was the first of eight events planned for this year as part of the project.
Guests had the opportunity to attend lectures on Polish public investments presented by Łukasz Wawak (PUSB) and Sławomir Roszczenko (PAIH), as well as on private sector investments presented by Marek Czwienczek (Redbreek VC), Krzysztof Grochowski (Simpact VC), Paweł Bochniarz (MIT EF CEE & ValueTech VC), and Mateusz Ciasnocha (AgriTech Hub).
The main goal of these events is to promote, encourage, and facilitate business relationships between investors, mentors, accelerators, and startups on the Polish-Ukrainian border.
The next Meetup is planned for April 17 in Kharkiv.
