The conference will address current topics related to the employment and development of employees. Attendees will be presented with ready-made tools for creating a friendly, effective, and modern work environment, as well as key changes in personnel-related legislation for 2019. One of the key themes of the conference will be a discussion on equal pay for women and men, along with presentations from companies that have achieved success in this area. The conference is part of the project “Equal Opportunities in Business – A Practical Tool for Implementing the Principle of Equal Opportunities for Women and Men in Enterprises,” a continuation of an initiative implemented by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy in 2013-2015. The project focuses on strengthening the situation of women in the workplace, equalizing their opportunities in economic decision-making, and is primarily aimed at medium-sized companies.
Project partnership: Cooperation Fund Foundation, Lewiatan Confederation, Good Practice Factory, and the Institute of Public Affairs. The project is financed by the European Social Fund under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020.
