A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, she also completed postgraduate studies in Internal Audit and Internal Control.
From the beginning of her professional career, she has been involved in the implementation of EU funds in Poland – initially as a coordinator of projects co-financed by the Human Resources Operational Programme (SPO HRD) and the Transition Facility Programme; a trainer (project management); and at the Cooperation Fund Foundation as a substantive supervisor for projects under Theme A of the EQUAL PIW (innovative and transnational projects). She is a specialist in the team implementing information and promotion activities for the Human Capital Operational Programme for the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of National Education. Since 2011, she has been involved in the verification of financial documentation for Axis I and II of the IE Operational Programme; and currently, she is a member of the team implementing projects for the Innovative Social Economy Support System in Southern Mazovia and the Ostrołęka subregion.
She enjoys outdoor activities such as horseback riding, cycling, and skiing.
