A graduate of international relations and European Special Studies, he has completed postgraduate studies in the management and evaluation of European projects, as well as courses at the Trainers’ School, the Social Animators’ School, and the Coaching Skills School. He possesses extensive knowledge of NGO activities, local government-NGO cooperation, social economy, project management, and European funds.
He is a co-author and coordinator of numerous social projects in the areas of innovation and social economy, civil society development, and social activism.
He has been involved in the third sector for nearly 20 years. He is a co-founder and leader of numerous foundations and associations. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship 2014-2020 and a member of the working group developing the European Funds program for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2021-2027.
