Work for people or people for work? From the perspective of social economics, it’s definitely the former. Majka Lipiak, founder and CEO, will discuss the value of work in everyone’s life and the history of Leże i Pracuję – the first marketing agency created to provide employment for people with disabilities.
We invite you to another webinar as part of the Mowes project! For many years, the work of the “Lężem i Pracuj” agency has been a remarkable inspiration not only for social economy entities but also for the marketing community – providing an excellent example of what the social economy is and how it can serve people. Because work is meant to fulfill precisely this function; it is a value that gives meaning to people’s lives and should not exclude anyone, regardless of age, gender, social status, or disability.
During the webinar, we will learn about the history of this organization’s founding, key success factors, and the behind-the-scenes of its daily operations, among other things. There will be useful marketing knowledge and honest sharing of lessons learned from the experience of running a social enterprise employing people with disabilities.
We invite you to the event on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. 10
