The criteria and detailed information regarding recruitment are specified in the “School Admission Regulations” included in the competition documentation (with appendices), available on the website www.dostepnaszkola.info under the RECRUITMENT (RECRUITMENT II) tab.

The recruitment process is a two-stage process. The first stage will involve the recruitment of pre-applications, and the second stage will involve the submission of applications. Grant applications for all stages of the recruitment process must be submitted electronically using the template available on the website www.dostepnaszkola.info, via email to: rekrutacja@dostepnaszkola.info. Pre-applications will be accepted from the application deadline, May 17, 2021. The initial application must be submitted by email with a completed Self-Diagnosis and List of Standards for each school, the templates of which are attached to the “School Admissions Regulations.”
The value of the funds allocated for grants: PLN 40,500,000.00, which will be distributed in the form of grants to school governing bodies (in two rounds).
The current round of applications envisages the selection of a minimum of 15 governing bodies, with an allocation of PLN 20,250,000.00 earmarked for grants. The grantor provides two grant application paths: Path A – for bodies managing schools located in municipalities with a population of less than 50,000. The allocation amount is PLN 12,150,000; Path B – for bodies managing schools located in municipalities with a population of more than 50,000. The allocation amount is PLN 8,100,000.

Under the project, a single governing body can receive a single grant ranging from PLN 500,000.00 to PLN 1,350,000.00 to test the Accessible School Model (ASM) in primary schools managed by that body. The project can be implemented in a minimum of two and a maximum of three primary schools.

Accessibility audits will be conducted for applications with the highest scores in the first stage of the recruitment process (preliminary application evaluation), representing 130% of the allocation.

Only one project can be submitted and only to one operator (parallel recruitment of schools for the ASTM is being conducted by the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency as part of the “Accessible School – Innovative Solutions in Creating a Friendly Learning Space Considering the Needs of Students and the Environment” project).
