On December 4-5, 2017, a working meeting of the “Become a Trainer” project partners was held at the headquarters of the Polish Foundation for Economic Development Support Centers “OIC Poland” in Lublin. The meeting was hosted by the “OIC Poland” project leader. The meeting was attended by experts involved in the project, including three representatives of the Polish partner, the Cooperation Fund Foundation, and two representatives of the transnational partner, Fondazione Istud from Italy. During the meeting, the Italian partners were presented with preliminary developments of competencies in the training modules, the structure of the “Become a Trainer” program and its model, and the structure of the methodological material. The Italian representatives had the opportunity to express their opinions and comments on the presented materials. Thanks to their experience working on a project implemented in Italy, which formed the basis for the preparation and implementation of the project in Poland, the Italian experts supported the Polish participants in discussing the prepared materials, introducing corrections and additions. As a result, during the two-day meeting, the final versions of the presented materials were developed, which will serve as the basis for developing the program and methodological material in the form of a trainer’s manual, as well as a self-assessment tool for trainer/mentoring competencies of managers aged 45+. The final versions of these results will be ready by the end of February 2018.
