As part of the ongoing recruitment for the “Equality Works for Your Brand” training for medium-sized businesses, new dates and locations have been announced. Details are below.
Who are the workshops for?
Representatives of medium-sized businesses (employing 50 to 249 people) are invited to participate in the training: owners, HR professionals, internal communications staff, management staff, and natural leaders within your company. Participation is required for two to four people from your company.
We encourage both employers and employees to participate, because creating a workplace of equal opportunity, free from discrimination, and treated equally is about the perspective of both parties. What are the benefits of participating in the workshop?
The training will prepare your company to implement the obligations arising from the Labor Code regarding equal treatment, which will allow you to prevent such phenomena as mobbing, sexual harassment, and gender discrimination. Implementing these solutions will also strengthen your company’s image as an employee-friendly organization.
