The Cooperation Fund Foundation has been invited to partner in the project “Become a Trainer – a model for educating and supporting managers over 45,” which is being implemented under Measure 4.3 Transnational Cooperation of the Knowledge, Education, and Development Operational Programme, co-financed by the European Union.
The project leader is the Polish Foundation for Economic Development Support Centres “OIC Poland,” based in Lublin, and the transnational partner is the Business School – Fondazione ISTUD (Italy). The project runs until the end of July 2018, and its goal is to develop and implement solutions aimed at expanding the knowledge, skills, and competencies of managers over 45 who are unemployed and employed in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
The Cooperation Fund Foundation will be represented in the Transnational Expert Forum created as part of the project to develop the project’s results by Agnieszka Luck, Izabela Kowalska, and Anna Szkiruć-Kostrzewa.
