The purpose of the contract is to select a contractor to provide accommodation and catering services, including accommodation, meals, and group meeting space for FSC project participants, in accordance with the requirements described in the Request for Proposals. The training workshops are organized as part of the "Forest School Center" project (project number POWR.04.03.00-00-0037/18-00), co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020.

Providing a service consisting in providing accommodation and meals
and places for group meetings for a total of 30 participants of three-day training workshops organized on July 10-12, 2020 and an expert meeting organized on July 12-13, 2020.
Due to the need to ensure high quality of execution, the Order may only be awarded to a Contractor (Bidder) who meets all of the following conditions:
1) Accommodation:
The contractor is obliged to provide accommodation with breakfast for a total of 30 training workshop participants during the three-day workshop. Breakfast should be included in the accommodation price and include a hot dish.
a) The facility must have: full bathroom facilities, free Wi-Fi. The facility should be accessible to people with disabilities, and the temperature in rooms and training rooms cannot be lower than 19 degrees Celsius or higher than 24 degrees Celsius.
b) accommodation with breakfast in rooms: 1-person, 2-person, 3-person (with a toilet, shower/bathtub, washbasin, with access to hot water; the rooms should be equipped with at least: single beds, bed linen, blankets, towels, wardrobes, table, chair, overhead lighting, direct and easy access to at least one electrical socket, free Wi-Fi access)
2. Food:
The contractor is obliged to provide catering for the workshops on July 10-12, 2020 for a total of 30 participants, i.e. (for each participant: 2 lunches, 2 dinners and coffee breaks for 3 days of the training workshops) and on July 12-13, dinner and lunch for 8 participants, in accordance with the requirements:
2.1. Meals are included for each participant
a) from 10 to 12 July 2020:
• on July 10, 2020 (Friday): coffee service and dinner,
• on July 11, 2020 (Saturday): coffee services, lunch and dinner,
• on July 12, 2020 (Sunday): coffee service and lunch;
b) experts meeting on July 12-13, 2020
• on Sunday, July 12th – vegetarian dinner for 8 people
• on July 13, Monday – vegetarian dinner for 8 people

2.2. coffee service – available during training workshop hours, i.e. Friday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., including at least: coffee, tea (at least 4 types, including herbal and fruit teas), baked cake (at least 2 types), still water, sugar, juices (at least 2 types), milk, lemon, fresh fruit;
2.3. lunch – vegetarian option served on the premises belonging to the Primary School in Przyłęków:
a) soup (min. 300 ml), the second vegetarian course includes: boiled/baked vegetables, 2 types of side dishes (e.g. potatoes, rice, pasta, groats, Silesian dumplings, potato dumplings, etc.), 2 types of salads,
b) drinks (minimum: coffee, tea, still water, sugar, cream, lemon),
2.4 Dinner, vegetarian and traditional variant, served on the premises of the Primary School in Przyłęków:
a) Hot vegetarian dish, Traditional grilled dish
b) 2 types of salad, bread, butter, cheese, vegetable spreads, vegetables,
c) drinks (tea, coffee, cream/milk, sugar, lemon, juices, carbonated and still mineral water)

2.5 The Contractor is obliged to:
a) providing catering services using ceramic or porcelain tableware, plated or metal cutlery and paper napkins in quantities appropriate to the number of participants; the use of plastic cutlery and dishes is not permitted,
b) ensuring that all meals are absolutely fresh and of high quality in relation to the ingredients used,
c) preparing meals in accordance with legal provisions regarding the storage and preparation of food products (including the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 136, item 914, as amended) and to serve them aesthetically.
