The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Description of the subject of the order:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of occupational health and safety and fire protection in accordance with legal provisions for approximately 80 employees in office and managerial positions, in particular:
1. conducting initial training for employees at the Ordering Party's premises,
2. conducting periodic training for employees, management staff and employers at the Ordering Party's premises, culminating in the issuance of an appropriate certificate,
3. conducting initial training for administrative and office staff at the Ordering Party's premises, culminating in the issuance of an appropriate certificate,
4. conducting fire protection training at the Ordering Party's premises,
5. developing and updating occupational risk assessment cards,
6. preparation of post-accident documentation (if necessary, travel to the injured party),
7. preparation of inspection reports once a quarter,
8. presence at external inspections by the National Labor Inspectorate and Sanitary Inspectorate.
The scope and frequency of the Contractor's presence at the Ordering Party's premises in accordance with the reported demand.
A contract will be signed with the bidder for the provision of services that are the subject of the contract.
