The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
- The subject of the contract is the provision of services of a key business advisor in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Ostrołęka Subregion", co-financed by the European Social Fund, in the period June 2020 – April 2022.
- Key business advice will be provided to clients of the Social Economy Support Centre (OWES), and in particular to legal entities and initiative groups of natural or legal persons interested in:
- establishing a social economy entity and/or a social enterprise as defined in the "Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and combating poverty using ESF and ERDF funds for 2014-2020",
- PES/PS creating new jobs.
The selected Contractor will be responsible for supervising the initiative groups, assisting in the development of the initiative groups’ business ideas by working on a business plan, and providing ad hoc support and supervision of the social enterprise.
The thematic scope of business consulting includes at least the following activities to build the competitiveness of social entrepreneurship products and services:
- industry consultancy related to the subject of the business activity and/or statutory activity conducted by PES for a fee (tailored to a specific client – includes professional and industry consultancy),
- searching for partners, identifying market niches, preparing data and offers,
- preparing and working on a business plan,
- negotiations with financing institutions.

The project "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Ostrołęka Subregion – IWES 3", co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (RPO WM) for 2014-2020. The project is implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation (Beneficiary).
