The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the renovation of a 21.1 m² residential unit located in Warsaw, at 6/6 Radomska Street, on the second floor of a building with an elevator, for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness. The unit consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hall. The contract includes construction work (renovation work) in the apartment, including: demolishing walls, painting, laying stoneware, renovating floors in all rooms, renovating the bathroom, removing the gas line, performing plumbing work, replacing radiators, making doorways, and installing doors.
