Due to the continuous development of activities and services in the field of audit and control of projects financed from public funds, the Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for people to work in the following positions:
audit and control specialist/expert
Reference number: 2/BWSP/2021
place of work: Warsaw and all of Poland
form of employment: employment contract, contract of mandate – according to the candidate's preferences
Your responsibilities:

Participation in control/audit/verification projects for various institutions
-
Preparation of control plans
-
Carrying out control/audit/financial verification of projects at the beneficiary's premises
-
Remote control/audit/financial verification of projects
-
Preparing reports on follow-up visits
-
Communication with contracting authorities, beneficiaries and other control teams
What do we expect?
-
higher education in a specific field (economics, finance and accounting or related),
-
experience in conducting at least 20 inspections or audits of projects co-financed/financed from public funds or European Union funds or other sources, with a gross value of each project of not less than PLN 200,000.00 (to confirm the above condition, a list of completed inspections or audits should be prepared)
-
reliability, responsibility, independence and decision-making
-
very good organization of one's own work and commitment to the work performed
-
coping with multitasking and treating business dynamics as a challenge, not a problem
-
knowledge of MS Office (especially WORD and EXCEL)
-
having basic knowledge of the principles of financing EU projects
-
having basic knowledge of external audit and financial control issues,
-
basic knowledge of public procurement law and the principle of competition
-
readiness for business trips
Additional, useful competencies:

having professional qualifications in the field of auditing will be an additional advantage

driving license category B
