The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a candidate for the position of: KIS AND CIS SPECIALIST
reference number BZP/IZS/2/2018 (place of work: Warsaw, fixed-term employment contract, full-time)
The person employed in this position will be a member of the team implementing the project "A New Model of Cooperation between Social Employment Institutions," implemented under Priority Axis II: Effective Public Policies for the Labor Market, Economy, and Education, Measure 2.5: Effective Social Assistance, implemented under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Social Fund. Project funding agreement: POWR.02.05.00-00-0210/18-00.
The aim of the project is to develop social services of general interest, especially environmental services provided by entities in the social economy sector, combining professional activation with building a coherent system of social services by developing an innovative concept of a model of cooperation between social employment entities and other institutions and entities providing social services (KMW).
We expect candidates to:
• higher education in sociology, management or economics
• knowledge of issues related to social economy,
• experience in cooperation with PES, including knowledge of the issues and specificity of KIS and CIS
• knowledge of the specific nature of local government units
• great organizational skills
• interpersonal and communication skills
• good computer skills
• independence and initiative
• ability to work under time pressure
• availability
The scope of duties will include, among others:
• preparing the scope of the minimum organizational and technical resources that a social employment entity must have in order to perform specific types of social services,
• participation in analytical work,
• participation in the recruitment of participants for the project, including through cooperation with KIS and CIS
• participation in the supervision of the pilot project of social employment entities,
• participation in promotional and training activities
