Invitation to submit offers for the renovation of a residential premises for the purposes of the Housing First Project – innovative methods of permanently solving chronic homelessness [procedure number: 12/BZP/HF/FFW/2021]
The Cooperation Fund Foundation invites bids for the renovation of a residential unit for the implementation of the "Housing First" Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness [procedure number: 12/BZP/HF/FFW/2021]. The subject of the contract is the renovation of a 20 m² residential unit located in Warsaw, at 2/4 Kopińska Street, on the second floor of a building with an elevator, for the implementation of the "Housing First" Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness . The unit consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hallway. The contract includes construction work (renovation work) in the apartment, including: demolishing walls, painting, laying stoneware tiles, renovating floors in all rooms, renovating the bathroom, removing gas lines, and performing plumbing and electrical work.
The detailed scope of works is specified in the description of works constituting Annexes 1, 1a, 1b and 1c to the request for proposals.
