The Cooperation Fund Foundation invites you to submit offers for the renovation of a residential premises for the purposes of the Housing First Project – innovative methods of permanently solving chronic homelessness [procedure number: 04/BZP/HF/FFW/2022].
The subject of the contract is the renovation of a 16.9 m² apartment located in Warsaw, at 88 Kasprowicza Street, fourth floor, in a building without an elevator, for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness. The apartment consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hallway. The contract includes construction work (renovation work) in the apartment, including: removal and installation of bathroom fixtures, painting, tiling, plastering all rooms, plumbing, and electrical work.
The detailed scope of works is specified in the description of works constituting Annexes 1 and 1a to the request for proposals.
