The Cooperation Fund Foundation is a partner in the project "New model of cooperation between social employment institutions" POWR.02.05.00-00-0210/18-00 (hereinafter referred to as the Project), the aim of which is to develop and test a model of cooperation between Social Employment Institutions (hereinafter referred to as IZS) and other social economy entities, social welfare institutions and labor market support institutions.
The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
• higher education in psychology or sociology
• experience in conducting training and/or creating programs/content of training modules supported by a trainer certificate and e-learning modules
• knowledge of diagnostic/research methods and experience in their use
• experience in preparing development plans for the study group based on the results of diagnostic tests supported by specialist courses and/or postgraduate studies in the relevant field
• analytical experience
• ability to prepare reports
• professional experience, i.e. at least 10 years in leadership or managerial positions
• interpersonal and communication skills
• independence and initiative
Subject of the order:
Implementation of tasks envisaged in the project "A New Model of Cooperation between Social Employment Institutions" as a "Research and Analysis Specialist." The main responsibilities of this specialist will include:
1. Source analysis of materials devoted to social employment entities
2. development of thematic analyses
3. participation in expert consultations with representatives of the social economy sector and experts and practitioners organizing, creating and running social economy sector entities, including social employment entities
4. cooperation in the development of research tools
5. participation in study trips
6. preparation of reports from study trips,
7. cooperation in developing the content of training modules
8. participation in the diagnosis of social employment entities,
9. participation in the preparation of the pilot report,
10. cooperation in developing a model of cooperation between social employment institutions and other institutions
11. participation in educational and training activities – co-creation of the e-learning model,
12. preparation of articles for a special issue of the monthly Social Policy.
