The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the "Paths of Cooperation" project, is looking for a contractor for the following service:
Advisory service (tutoring) in the preparation of a grant application for expanding the project to include international cooperation

Description of the subject of the order/scope of service:
1) Consulting service (tutoring) for participants of the Incubator track of the grant project “Cooperation paths – support for entities implementing international cooperation”, contract no. POWR.04.03.00-00-0096/17-00.
2) The advisory service (tutoring) includes: comprehensive support for entities in preparing a grant application to expand a standard ESF project to include international cooperation, in accordance with the formal and substantive criteria set out in the regulations of the "Cooperation Paths" competition. The tutor will provide the entity in the incubation preparing the grant application (the client) with support in:
planning project implementation (milestones, activities, schedule),
· developing a detailed budget for a lump sum project,
defining project indicators and individual tasks and how to monitor them,
· determining the necessary resources to implement the project,
· determining the scope of competences/positions necessary for the proper implementation of the project,
· establishing cooperation with an international partner,
· determining the added value of international cooperation,
· determining the grant project result that meets the competition requirements,
· choosing the method of developing the result of the grant project,
· determining the appropriate method of implementing the result.
3) Total number of tutor hours to be completed as part of the project for 90 entities: 1,350 hours (15 hours/entity). The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of splitting the number of hours among several contractors.
