Invitation to submit offers for the provision of accommodation and catering services during training workshops on June 7-9 and June 28-30, 2019 (Masovian Voivodeship).
The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: Provision of a service consisting in providing accommodation, meals and a place for group meetings for a total of 36 participants of three-day training workshops, including: 18 participants of workshops organised on June 7-9, 2019 and 18 participants of training workshops organised on June 28-30, 2019, with the following assumptions:
- The Contractor is obliged to provide accommodation with breakfast for: 18 workshop participants on June 7-9, 2019 (two nights) and 18 workshop participants on June 28-30, 2019 (two nights), i.e. a total of 36 training workshop participants, in accordance with the requirements described in detail in the Request for Proposal form;
- Meals: The Contractor is obliged to provide meals for: 18 participants of training workshops on June 7-9 and 18 participants of training workshops on June 28-30, 2019, i.e. a total of 36 participants (for each participant: 2 lunches, 2 dinners and coffee breaks for 3 days of the training workshops), in accordance with the requirements described in detail in the Request for Quotation form;
- The Contractor will provide meeting places for evening and daytime meetings for 18 training workshop participants, on each of the dates mentioned above, outdoors on the premises, and in case of bad weather, will provide a training room with access to natural light on the floor of the building equal to the ground floor or first floor (the following locations are not permitted to be used as training rooms: basements, cellars, attics, attics without windows, attics and rooms in which the location of windows does not meet the standard of 90-110 cm from the floor level, height of at least 130 cm).
- Training workshops are planned from Friday at 4:00 PM to Sunday at 3:00 PM.
