The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
The subject of the order is the audit of the financial statements of the Cooperation Fund Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation or FFW) for 2023 and 2024. The Foundation prepares the Financial Statements in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994.
Source of financing:
The cost of performing the test will be covered from the Foundation’s own funds (according to the distribution list).
Place and date of order fulfillment:
Warsaw, ul. Chłodna 52 (registered office of Grand Thornton Frąckowiak Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, providing accounting services to the Cooperation Fund Foundation) or another place indicated by the Ordering Party.
The contractor will audit the financial statements:
- for the year 2023 , from April 15, 2024 to May 17, 2024 and by May 17, 2024 , FFW will be presented with a report on the audit by the statutory auditor,
- for the year 2024 , from 14/04/2025 to 16/05/2025 and by 16/05/2025 , FFW will be presented with the auditor's report.

The offer must be submitted by: February 15, 2024, 12:00 noon.
The offer can be:
- send by post/courier to the following address: Fundacja "Fundusz Współpracy", ul. Górnośląska 4a, 00-444 Warsaw – the date and time of receipt by the Foundation will be decisive,
- send by e-mail to the following address: mzyla(at)cofund.org.pl – the date and time of receipt in the inbox at the above address will be decisive,
- deliver it in person to the office of the Cooperation Fund Foundation, ul. Górnośląska 4a – the date and time of receipt at the Foundation will be decisive.
