The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
1. Archiving and transporting documentation generated by the Financing and Contracting Unit of the Cooperation Fund Foundation. Archiving will involve comprehensive preparation, organization, and recording of the aforementioned documents for transfer to the state archives.
2. The documentation includes, among others, substantive documentation of EU programmes and projects, accounting documents, public procurement procedures, and contracts of mandate.
3. Documentation requires detailed analysis and identification due to the need to consolidate case files. All types of documentation other than those listed above must be considered for archiving.
4. The volume of documentation produced for archiving is estimated at approximately 160 linear meters, of which:
category BE – approx. 160 m, including:
– developed as category A – approx. 16 m,
– prepare waste paper inventories (Bc) – approx. 144 m.
ATTENTION:
The Ordering Party reserves the right to reserve the right to file the number of files provided above as estimates and to be used solely for bid price calculation purposes. The actual amount of materials to be archived may vary. The contractor's fee will be calculated based on the actual amount of archived documentation (the unit price per linear meter indicated in the bid multiplied by the actual number of linear meters of archived documentation in a given category). This number will be determined by the number of folders of archived documentation. The fee cannot exceed the maximum fee specified in the contract.
