Organization of 16 meetings in 8 voivodeships as part of the "Paths of Cooperation" project

The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the "Paths of Cooperation" project, is looking for a contractor for the following order:

The purpose of the order is to organize 16 meetings (Olsztyn, Bydgoszcz or Toruń, Gdańsk or Gdynia or Sopot, Białystok, Poznań, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Wrocław) as part of the "Cooperation Paths" project (room rental and catering) – "Cooperation Paths – support for entities implementing international cooperation" project implemented under Priority Axis IV of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.

Subject of the order:

1. The subject of the contract is the organisation of 16 meetings in 8 provincial cities for participants of the project "Paths of cooperation – support for entities implementing international cooperation":

a. 8 regional animation meetings – 70 participants, 4 hours

b. 8 animation workshops – 15 participants, 6 hours

2. The service includes:

a. Catering and coffee breaks during 16 meetings. The service includes:

· coffee service for each participant of regional information meetings (70 people x 8 meetings)

· coffee service and 1 lunch set for each participant of the animation workshops (15 people x 8 meetings)

The lunch menu will include soup, main course, dessert, and beverages. A vegetarian option should be included. Lunch can be served buffet-style. Two or three sample menus for each meal of the day should be included with the offer. Coffee breaks will include coffee, tea, beverages (including water and fruit juices), pastries, and seasonal fruit.

b. Conference room rental:

· 1 conference room for 70 people for regional information meetings

1 conference room for 15 people for animation workshops

Conference room requirements: a bright room (daylight), theater-style setup and tables for working in four small task groups; room equipment with at least 1 microphone (for meetings of up to 70 people), 1 computer, 1 screen, 1 overhead projector, 1 flipchart (with paper and colored markers), internet access (for all rooms).
