The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: Provision of catering services for a total of 40 participants of recruitment workshops organized in April 2019 (planned dates: April 6 and 7, 2019, subject to change; the final dates for the recruitment workshops will be communicated to the Contractor no later than 4 days prior to their organization). The catering service will be provided for 20 people for 8 hours on a given day at the headquarters of the Cooperation Fund Foundation in Warsaw at ul. Górnośląska 4a.
A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the attached Request for Quotation form No. 5/FSC/FFW/2019.
